Our linewinder specialist Bob Palecek is available to assist you with selecting new machines and accessories as well as coaching you through your first-time set up. If you run into any problems along the way, send Bob an S.O.S and he will troubleshoot your problem.
REPAIRS & SHIPPING
If your linewinder requires in-shop repairs at our factory, we will provide you with a complete price quote. Before shipping us your linewinder, you will need to complete our Service & Repair Authorization Form. Please include this form with your carefully packed machine. Triangle Sport recommends insuring your shipment against loss or damage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Choose the best shipping method for you.

WARRANTY
Triangle Sport offers a 2-year limited warranty on our products which covers all defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of the original purchase from Triangle Sport.

Triangle Sport, at our discretion, will either repair or replace your product free of charge. The limited warranty requires the owner to provide the machine’s serial number. The following conditions may void the warranty: misuse or damage including but not limited to water damage, electrical surge, physical abuse, improper installation and/or user modifications.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service to have your return authorized prior to shipping it back to us.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging and have a proof of purchase. Also, your item may be subject to a 15% restocking or a $10.00 minimum fee, depending upon the condition of the item when received back at TriangleSport.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and advise you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), less the restocking fee. Also, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Any shipping costs associated with the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
