Which machine is best for spinning and fly reels?
The SC 125 works with most spinning, fly, bait casting, and conventional reels up to Penn 70. The HD 140 fits all reel sizes except some newer low-profile bait casters. You can learn more about our machines by referring to our linewinder comparison chart: https://www.trianglesport.com/store
What kind of warranty comes with a linewinder?
We offer a 2-year warranty with the purchase of your machine.
Do you have machines ready to ship?
No, we do not have machines assembled to ship. Each machine is hand-built when your order is processed; please allow 5-7 business days for assembly and additional time to ship.
Do you sell used machines?
We don't sell used machines, and warranties cannot be transferred.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments use FedEx. Domestic orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Large pallet orders may be shipped with your preferred carrier.
Does the machine have the correct voltage for my country?
Yes. You can choose either 110 V or 220 V when ordering. North and Central America, some Caribbean nations, Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines use 110 V; other regions use 220 V.
Are your machines designed exclusively for right-handed users?
No, our machines are suitable for use by both right- and left-handed individuals.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Affirm, and wire transfers.
How do I determine the extra shipping costs?
Add items to your cart, enter your postal code and country, and shipping costs will appear based on your location and delivery timeline.
I do not know which model linewinder I have. Can you help identify it?
Yes. Email photos of your machine to linewinders@trianglesport.com. The team can help identify the model and direct you to the right parts, manuals, videos, or upgrade options.
My reel does not fit properly. Is there an upgrade available?
Older linewinder models may use reel clamp designs that provide less clearance for certain low-profile or newer reels. We offer Reel Clamp Converter Kitsfor both the SC125 and the HD140 which may improve compatibility.
Which Reel Clamp Converter Kit do I need for my older model machine?
The correct kit depends on your machine model. If you are unsure whether you have an HD140 or SC125, or another model, send photos to support and the team can help identify the correct option.
Is my older or discontinued machine still supported?
Many older linewinder models may still be repairable or supported with replacement parts. Contact customer support with the model information and photos so available parts and options can be reviewed.
I am setting up my machine for the first time. Where do I start?
Start with the user manual that was included in your shipment and then watch video tutorials on our website or YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@TriangleSportLinewinders/videos . You will find demos for the SC125 and HD140 linewinders showing conventional, spinning and fly reels. I broke a part on my machine. How do I know what replacement part to order?
Use the Part Finder to identify replacement parts by machine model. If the part is unclear, please email photos of the machine and the damaged component to linewinders@trianglesport.com
